WVBE Policy 2525 West Virginia's Universal Access to Early Education System was revised to meet new code requiring pre-k programs to offer at least fifteen hundred minutes per week and forty-eight thousand minutes of instruction per year. The policy was revised in sections §126-28-4. County Collaborative Early Childhood Team, §126-28-10. Transitions, §126-28-11. Meals, and §126-28-18. The third reporting window for the ELRS:Pre-K will open March 31, 2017. The window will close June 9, 2017.

PALS Spring assessment window begins April 24, 2017. The recommended final date for collecting screening data is May 26, 2017. Score entry deadline for this window is June 30, 2017.
